Le Mans is less than a week away now. The historic race begins Saturday afternoon with predictions of another head-to-head between Audi and Peugeot. I really hope Audi can pull off the win again this year. With a newly designed car and all their drivers returning, they should be set for a top finish. Some station in the US must be broadcasting just a little of the 24-hour race. If anyone knows whether or not it’ll be on TV, do tell.

The 24-hours of Le Mans is 1 month from today. On June 13-14, Audi will again take on Peugeot in the R15 TDI to claim another victory against the French. I’m super excited for the race this year, especially after watching Truth in 24 (available free on iTunes). Audi is looking good for the win, especially after taking the top prize at Sebring.
Anyone who’s a fan of Le Mans or racing period, needs to watch this film. Truth in 24 tells the story of the 2008 Audi Le Mans team and their stunning victory over Peugeot. The documentary narrated by Jason Statham gives a more in depth look of motor sports than most films I’ve seen on the topic. It’s a fantastic film and it’s free on iTunes, so download it immediately, you won’t be disappointed.
